Jorge-052 – Halo Reach
The Fall of Reach is the most tragic event in the Halo series. But even when outnumbered and overwhelmed, NOBLE team fought to repel the Covenant. When the Long Night of Solace, a Covenant supercarrier of immense power, is revealed, they plan to infiltrate it and detonate a slipspace bomb.
NOBLE Six and Jorge-052 are chosen for the mission, but after finally reaching the supercarrier in space, the duo have no way back other than free-falling to the planet’s surface. Even worse, the bomb’s timer is damaged and requires manual detonation. So what does Jorge-052 do? He picks up NOBLE Six, says “Tell them to make it count” and tosses him off the ship to save his life before detonating the bomb, destroying the supercarrier and himself. Insane? Sure but also incredibly bad-ass.
