Dampe’s Dungeons Rewards – The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening
Nintendo’s remake for The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening was pretty darn good with the gorgeous toy-like visuals meshing incredibly well with the classic gameplay. However, it also had a new feature absent in the original – Chamber Dungeons, which allowed one to create their own dungeons from Chamber Stones discovered throughout the world. It was a fun side diversion but for those seeking a tougher challenge, there was also Dampe’s Dungeons.
These were separated into four tiers and required using whatever Chamber Stones you had as per Dampe’s rules and playing through them. It’s the fourth tier, the Gold tier, which is a slog with some consisting of dozens of rooms. Your reward for finishing one of these? A measly 300 Rupees. This may seem great but by the time you have all of the Chamber Stones necessary, there isn’t much use for the money.
At least the prior tiers awarded Heart Containers, a Secret Seashell and a Fairy Bottle, and didn’t require nearly as much investment.
