The reactivity of inFamous’ world somewhat more superficial than a lot of the other games on this list, but honestly, it suits the game perfectly. inFamous is all about deciding what kind of a superpowered individual you want to be- do you want to be a superhero loved by the people, or a supervillain feared by the whole city? Seeing the inhabitants of the world changing how they behave and how they react to your actions based on your alignment can be very effective in getting that point across.
