Sonic the Hedgehog (2006)

Perhaps the biggest mess in the entire history of this franchise – at least, among the video games – Sonic (2006) doesn’t just provide a bad experience from its mediocre enemy AI. The partner AI is similarly terrible – oftentimes, it doesn’t take much for them to just die. It’s one thing to see this happen in Sonic the Hedgehog 2 on the Sega Genesis but in a 2006 title, that too for Sonic’s debut on Xbox 360 and PS3? It’s just terrible.
