Stormgate
Frost Giant Studios, founded by former Warcraft 3 and Starcraft 2 developers, finally revealed its first game – a free-to-play strategy title called Stormgate. Promising hundreds of units in large-scale battles in 4K – made possible by Unreal Engine 5 – it offers campaign missions set in the far future with humans battling the Infernals. But you know the drill – choose a faction, build your base, gather resources, build units and fight. Along with the story, there’s also co-op for up to three players, 1v1 competitive and even tournament support. Of course, there’s a custom editor for creating missions and sharing with others. Stormgate’s beta begins in 2023 for PC.
