What if part of a puzzle was a unique world unto itself with puzzles…that existed within its unique world and so on? Cocoon from Jeppe Carlsen of Limbo and Inside fame poses this question.  Set in alien environments linked to an ancient civilization, players must carry orbs with unique abilities to progress. These can then be ventured into as a separate world – understanding and taking advantage of this is the key to success, along with taking down powerful guardians. Cocoon is out in 2023 for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. It will also be available on Game Pass.
