GARY

For our final entry, let’s look at another weird little way Fallout 4 makes connections with Fallout 3. If you visited Fallout 3, you would remember a certain name- Gary. Gary was a person who was being cloned in this vault as part of some experiments, but as it turns out, all the Gary clones (who could only say one word- Gary) were part of an uprising, and killed all people in the Vault. A small yet veritable army of Garys, if you will. Gary became a fan-favourite character (for some reason?), and Bethesda remembered him all to well. Because in a child’s room in Vault 75 in Fallout 4, on the ground you will see four letter blocks. And what do they spell out? Gary.
