DYING SURVIVOR
At a certain point in Fallout 4, you may come across an NPC lying on the side of the road. If you trigger a conversation with them, they’ll tell you that they have a bad case of radiation poisoning, and will ask you for some Radaway to heal it. If you give it to them, if you return to that spot later on, the NPC will be gone. However, if you refuse to give them medicine and return later in the game, all you will see is the body of a dead person- the game’s way of saying, “here, feel bad about yourself, you terrible person.”
