King K. Rool is back but as Baron K. Roolenstein. Dixie and Kiddy first battle him in Kastle KAOS, avoiding electricity and hitting him with barrels. The true final battle takes place in Krematoa, the secret world accessed by collecting different Cogs. Hiding inside of his submarine Knautilus, Baron K. fights by unleashing electricity, fireballs and, well, floating around. Eventually he falls, though players still have more to do before his final defeat.
