Microsoft’s strange – and underwhelming – reveal of Kinect in 2010 aside, it did pave the way for the motion sensor to become a huge success. And it all began at E3 2009 when Project Natal was first announced. Project Natal seemed almost unreal (which was ironic, given the fate of Milo and Kate). Kinect may have receded into the background ever since but it certainly had its time to shine.
