Bungie firmly cemented themselves as masters of sci-fi with Halo, so it’s no surprise that that’s the direction they kept heading in with their next big IP. Destiny might not have the same focus on storytelling, but it does boast of some excellent lore, and gives players plenty of reasons to explore its various different planets. While this isn’t necessarily an exploration-centric game per se, seeing all the different sights there are to see in Destiny 2 can still be a great experience.
