Dishonored
Set against the plague-ridden kingdom of Dunwall, Dishonored follows the tale of Corvo Attano, a loyal bodyguard of the empress. The game starts out with Corvo finding himself entangled in a conspiracy of thrones as teleporting bodyguards murder the princess and abduct her daughter right in front of his eyes as he is restrained by magic. Obviously enough, Corvo is framed for murder and sentenced to execution for a crime he never committed. But soon it turns out that this was all a part of a grand plan by the Lord Regent to rise to the throne, and the teleporting assassins were hired by him. This then kickstarts Corvo’s grand quest to save the princess and bring justice.
