Andross – Star Fox 64
Much like Bowser, Andross never really dies. Despite Fox McCloud seemingly destroying him, time and time again, Andross keeps coming back. After seemingly dying in Star Fox 64, Andross returns in Star Fox Adventures. After dying there, he returns in Star Fox Zero. You could make the argument that he’s gone for good this time but really, you’d just be kidding yourself.
