You might say that this isn’t a real boss fight. I’d argue that the creepy little girl who’s been maiming people left and right being revealed as a psychotic woman with ghostly projections trying to kill you is. Regardless, Alma is the penultimate boss in FEAR. She’s constantly after you and even when the Point Man destroys the entire facility, Alma is seen crawling up the helicopter. Spoiler alert: She only gets crazier in later games.
