Ori and the Will of the Wisps
Moon Studios’ sequel has achieved the task of being even more gorgeous than its predecessor. This is thanks to a slight shift in aesthetic with models now being 3D, backgrounds having several more layers, and a dynamic lighting system that interacts with all textures. The sheer amount of effort done to paint each texture individually is staggering, especially when the game is several times bigger in scope and scale than the original. Nonetheless, the results speak for themselves.
