Halo Infinite

Despite being game engine footage (sort of – it’s a little complicated), Halo Infinite and its new SlipSpace Engine had quite the showing. Wildlife was seen for the first time in the Halo franchise. Environmental effects like wind and rain felt more pronounced than ever before. Combining all this visual prowess with a supposedly immense scale and that too running at 60 frames per second? If Halo Infinite’s gameplay looks as impressive, it could be a true leap forward for the series.
