In video games as in real life, you’ll never get anywhere without a goal in mind. Even lofty goals like saving the princess need to be broken up into smaller goals to achieve. And there’s nothing wrong with it. In fact, games like Zelda, Mario, Metroid, Dragon Age, Dying Light, Destiny, Halo and so on all teach us that setting and committing to goals  can lead to great things.
