Dead Cells (Boss Cells)

On its own, Dead Cells can be quite tough for some players since blocking, dodge-rolling and finding a comfortable weapon can be key. Once Boss Cells are introduced, however, the game becomes an even more difficult venture. Health fountains between levels provide single recharges to flasks (and are removed entirely at higher difficulties). From Boss Cell 4 onwards, enemies have greater detection range and can teleport right next to you on top of causing more damage while bosses go straight to their second phase in combat. And from Boss Cell 5 onwards, Malaise comes into effect, causing enemies to become more aggressive and turn into Elites as time goes on.
