SEKIRO: SHADOWS DIE TWICE
FromSoftware has a knack for crafting incredible combat systems, and even though Sekiro differs from the developer’s other games quite radically in this area (and in others), it doesn’t skimp on quality. It just feels so satisfying- those perfect parries, those frantic bouts where you’re looking to break an enemy’s posture, those desperate moments where you try and perfectly dodge and avoid deadly attacks. Each fight in Sekiro feels like a matter of life and death, and each victory, as such, feels that much sweeter.
