Listen to the Wind
As a side-scrolling hack and slash title set during the Ming Dynasty’s era, Listen to the Wind sees players taking up arms against invading pirates (but of course, nothing is as it seems). Along with gorgeous watercolor backgrounds, character art uses stylish brush work that adds to the atmosphere. It’s the combat that’s most noteworthy – along with striking, looking for the right opportunity to parry attacks is key. Despite the lack of English support and a relatively short play length, Listen to the Wind offers something unique and fun.
