Yeah, another Ubisoft game- they were stumbling quite a bit in the early years of this generation, and Assassin’s Creed Unity was probably their most high profile stumble. As the first major “next generation” Assassin’s Creed title, there was surely a lot of hype surrounding Unity- but we all know how that turned out. It was let down by a bevy of technical issues, while by that time, the typical Assassin’s Creed formula was also starting to wear people down, to the extent that to this day, Unity is considered, by many, the black sheep of all the mainline Assassin’s Creed games.
