Alan Wake 2
Remedy Entertainment is rounding up work on the sequel to its 2010 cult classic with Alan Wake 2. The game veers away from the original in that it’s more of a survival horror game than an action-adventure title, and it looks absolutely amazing for it. The story picks up years after the first game, and we will once again be taking control of Alan Wake as he tries to make his way out of the Dark Place. In addition to featuring two playable protagonists, Alan Wake 2 is also introducing new mechanics like the Mind Place where you have to collect and analyze clues to progress through the story. It all sounds pretty exciting, and it releases for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S on 17 October 2023.
