Yet another first party PlayStation exclusive that got a 60 FPS boost on the PS5 via a backward compatibility patch. It might not be the most headline-grabbing upgrade you’ll ever see, but it does exactly what it needs to- with its improved performance, it makes what was an already excellent game feel even better to play and control. Much like Horizon, God of War’s upcoming sequel is obviously going to get a much bigger boost on the PS5 than its predecessor did, and we can’t wait to see what that looks like.
