So it comes down to this: Crackdown 3 is only possible on one console: Xbox One. Why? Because Microsoft saw this type of compute power far in advance. They initially created the console around the power of their Cloud they call Azure. Some will say Sony can do this sort of power in the cloud with Gaikai. But they don’t realize that Gaikai is one location with only a handful of servers. As well as Gaikai was already a company before Sony purchased it, and turned it into the main servers holding the games of PS Now. Being in a software/hardware business for several decades now, the fruits of Microsoft’s labor are finally blossoming. And Crackdown 3 is only scratching the surface of what Xbox One, Xbox Live and the power of the Azure Cloud are capable of.
