It means “look out!” If and when a building in the online multiplayer comes rolling down from too much damage, this will mean severe damage to those around said building. Crossing into this more “physical” world means that items that are damaged can also cause damage even to the player causing the damage. So don’t go blowing up a building you may be standing in.
