Resident Evil Village is like a rollercoaster ride that takes the player through different types of horrors. The game’s many different levels feature different kinds of spooks and scares that never fail to keep a player at the edge of their seats, and it’s all punctuated by surprisingly good boss fights – especially when compared to its direct predecessor Resident Evil 7. The fight against Heisenberg is especially bombastic, and so is the rooftop encounter against Lady Dimitrescu.
