Horizon Forbidden West
Guerrilla Games delivered an excellent follow-up to Horizon: Zero Dawn in the form of Forbidden West; smartly remedying the criticisms of the original while building upon the foundations for a game that plays better and gives more options than ever to approach combat situations. As such, it only stands to reason that Aloy should face even deadlier threats so as to put her new tools to the test – and Horizon Forbidden West’s massive map is filled with thrilling encounters with machines like the Tremortusk and Slitherfang among others. Of course, boss fights critical to the story such as Tilda and Regalla are also similarly challenging and fun to get through.
