There are a variety of different Marksman rifles in The Division, from bolt-action rifles to the SCAR-H and its semi-automatic nature. However, if you’re looking to seriously snipe, then nothing beats the First Wave M1A, especially with its stability and headshot damage. Which is a problem when you consider that it has no downsides and all the other options fall by the wayside.
