Multi-Stage Boss Fights

These can really get frustrating. You beat a boss, then all of a sudden it transforms into something else and you have to fight it again. And that next fight is always harder than the last. But these guys serve a purpose. They’re a great way of keeping you on your toes, and they provide a great challenge. For example, the fight against Volgin in Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater is divided into several sections. First you take the man head on, then he chases you in a Shagohod and finally you destroy the nuclear capable machine, ending this long and multi-staged boss fight once and for all.
