Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice – Moving On
There’s a lot to unpack in Hellblade, whether it’s the stigma of people concerning mental disorders or Senua’s upbringing and the impact that various tragedies have had. By the end, after facing Hela and seemingly dying, we finally see that this was all just a metaphysical journey for Senua. A journey to move on from the death of Dillion, which wasn’t her fault in the first place, and to accept her disorder in the hopes of moving on. Which likely sees Senua raising an army to slaughter the Norsemen responsible for destroying her village, if the trailer for Hellblade 2 is any indication.
