Kind of an obvious choice, right? When people talk about beloved video game franchises that need revivals, Prince of Persia is a name that gets brought up quite often (to put it mildly). Once Ubisoft’s flagship franchise, that crown has now been taken by Assassin’s Creed, leaving many to wonder – perhaps including Ubisoft themselves – whether that leaves any room for the Prince. Well, we certainly hope it does. This is a series that, at its best, has delivered some of the best, most exciting experiences in this medium, and there are likely millions who’d be aching to play something like that again.
