FALLOUT 76

Speaking of bringing shame to the name of big franchises- Bethesda’s approach to Fallout had definitely been at least somewhat divisive ever since Fallout 3. With Fallout 76 though, they brought everyone onto the same page, because everyone agreed that it was an absolutely terrible game. No NPCs, no bespoke stories, no interesting quests, no VATS (not in the way we liked them, at least), terrible visuals, and bucketloads of bugs and glitches. Bethesda’s poor marketing and string of PR disasters any time they did anything related to Fallout 76 only served as the icing on the cake.
