Everyone eventually goes back to the Stealth Archer in The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim. Why? Well, aside from melee fighting being one of the less satisfying things, it’s just overpowered. Mastering Archery allows you to do obscene amounts of damage with even the most basic arrows. In Sneak mode, you can multiply that damage by three times and that’s not taking into account the benefits of Elven Arrows. Plus, your enemies can’t kill what they can’t see.
