During special events in Team Fortress 2, you’ll come across crates as drops. These require keys to unlock, presumably for some sick random loot inside. Here’s the problem – you need to pay for said keys. That wouldn’t usually be a problem since Team Fortress 2 is a free to play title and there are regular keys for normal crate drops.
