The best puzzle game of all time gets…weirder in Tetris Effect with Connected being the very peak of its synesthesia-induced visuals. In addition with the extensive single player and over 10 additional modes from the base game, there’s a new cooperative mode that allows for up to three players to team up against a boss along with a competitive mode more in line with classic Tetris. If nothing else, it’s worth playing just to see how utterly gorgeous the particle effects look in 4K/60 FPS.
