10. Wolfenstein: The New Order
New Order is the 9th instalment in the long running Wolfenstein series. This action-adventure FPS, although confined to more of a ‘gallery shooting’ environment, the game doesn’t let you down. You’d find yourself appreciating the blood and gore, the textures of the walls and the topography. The use of shadows and lighting in the game is commendable so is the amount of heed given to aspects like texture and filtering in the game which you’re bound to notice as you pace along the game with your rowdy B.J. Blazkowicz gait.
