Back at E3 2005, Microsoft introduced Velocity Girl- essentially the face of their push for making the Xbox Marketplace more interactive. They promised it would be a space where users – even those who don’t play games – could be creative, make stuff of their own like stickers and cosmetics, and put them up on sale for others to purchase. It sounded like an interesting idea, but 15 years later, that still hasn’t happened.
