21. Nemesis- Resident Evil 3
Though he may be one the series more popular characters, the Nemesis is one tough boss to take down. He is armed with a rocket launcher. When fighting the Nemesis you should bring a lot and I mean a lot of ammunition and expect a long fight. The Nemesis will use all of his attacks which are quite brutal and can offer the player a very quick death if not careful.
