Havok finally revealed their “complete end-to-end” mobile game production engine called Project Anarchy. They have stated that it will be launching for free on mobile platforms (though it’s been unspecified which ones exactly), and includes the Vision Engine, physics, animation and AI tools found in Havok’s technology.

Head of developer relations Ross O’Dwyer stated that, “We’re consistently blown away by what the AAA industry creates with our technology.

“We’re really delighted to be able to offer these professional grade tools to mobile developers for free and we look forward to supporting the mobile game development community to make some stunning games with the technology over the next few years.”

Apparently game samples and tutorials will be offered for free on launch for mobile platforms, and the company has assured that no developer will be left behind, regardless of size or revenue. There are also plans for an online community for support and assistance once Project Anarchy launches.
