Crackdown 3 Revealed at E3: The Agency Likes Dominos

And no, we don't mean the pizza.

Microsoft finally gave in and revealed a new Crackdown game for the Xbox One. Dubbed Crackdown 3, it seems to have reverted to the same super-powered, cel-shaded law enforcement tone of the first game with The Agency playing dominos against a dreaded criminal.

And by dominos, we literally mean it. We’re not sure if you’ll actually be able to blow up a skyscraper to provide a lifting ramp to an explosive-laden truck which can then be exploded and a huge, massive concrete ball sent at the foe of your choice, but we’ll have a little hope. The cel-shaded style was presented well in the trailer and didn’t come off as too heavy-handed though we wonder if the actual game will look like this.

What are your thoughts on Crackdown 3 and Microsoft’s E3 media briefing as a whole? Let us know in the comments and whether you’re excited for the open world title to have returned.
