Dragon Age: Inquisition

If you’ve seen the trailers, you’ll have known that Leliana returns from Dragon Age: Origins – where she was a playable character – as a bad-ass rogue in Dragon Age: Inquisition. She wasn’t always an assassin of Orlais though as she focused on being a bard in the first game. Her character began to evolve in the second, where she made a brief appearance.

According to the Dragon Age: Inquisition website though, things have changed. “She has many names. Most know her as Sister Nightingale or the Left Hand of the Divine. To the rare friend, she is Leliana. They say she found faith amid darkness, and that her devotion to the Maker is matched only by her devotion to Divine Justinia V, a woman who is both mentor and savior. Those who have earned her loyalty know her as a steadfast ally.

“But enemies of the Divine know to fear her, for she is the shadow behind the Sunburst Throne — the one who watches and waits, who strikes when her mark is most vulnerable and least suspecting.”

Do you like this new character for Leliana? Let us know in the comments. Dragon Age: Inquisition releases on October 7th for PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
