In an interview with KindaFunnyGames, Troy Baker the voice of Sam, Nathan Drake’s brother in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has shared his thoughts on the development of Naughty Dog’s magnum opus. Troy believes that Naughty Dog are trying their best to go out with a bang.
“They are in massive crunch. You think about on how long they have been working on Uncharted 4 and everything is being pointed towards, ‘Let’s do this one more time’, definitely feels like this franchise…they are trying go out with a bang. Keep in mind that Neil and Bruce have been working on the Uncharted franchise since the beginning. All the people that are steering this ship, Uncharted is so in their DNA. It isn’t like newbies that are being dropped in to the franchise,” Troy said.
Previously, Naughty Dog revealed that they are working only on Uncharted 4 with everything else “put on ice right now.” Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End releases exclusively on the PlayStation 4 sometime this year.
