Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain
The closer we get to the official release of Metal Gear Solid 5: Phantom Pain, the more looks we get at what the game has to offer. That means that we’re getting more info than just what kind of content will be in the full game. We’re also getting some up close looks at the kind of stuff we can get right along with the games. This includes the loot that comes along with the special edition version of Phantom Pain and just what the limited edition PS4 is going to look like.

We already got a pretty good look at one of the things that will come along with the game, in the PS4 theme you will be able to download and install when you put in a pre-order. Two videos are showing off the other extra stuff you can buy, in certain parts of the world in order to show just how much you love this game. First up is a quite pretty red and gold laced PS4 that comes emblazoned with Metal Gear Solid 5 insignias. There is also a special gun metal gray controller to go along with the console. Obviously this edition of the PS4 also comes packed with the game.

The second video shows off the stuff that comes with the special edition version of the game. In particular, the steelbook that is included gets a good look. This book has a ton of really interesting illustrations giving us a good look at some of the series’ most popular characters. Both of these items are set to be released at the same time the regular game hits. Metal Gear Solid 5: Phantom Pain is due out on the PS4, as well as the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One and the PS4 on September 1. It will come to the PC a few weeks later.
