CD Projekt RED has announced that patch 1.07 for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt would be arriving this week and it wasn’t kidding in terms of the feature list.

Along with a stash for storing items which can be found in different locations throughout the game, the patch will also provide different sorting options in one’s inventory, relegate books to their own tab and appropriately gray them out when they’ve been read, offer “pinning” for alchemy and crafting items so that you can find the required components at shops and much more.

It also seems that there will be a new “movement response” mode for Geralt. This will be an optional mode and it’ll be interesting to see how it makes things more responsiveness. There’s also a bunch of fixes for quests, performance optimizations and much more.

Since CD Projekt RED is pushing patch 1.07 for all platforms and it’s “all hands on deck”, it won’t be releasing free DLC this week. The free DLC will return next week though so don’t worry.

What are your thoughts on the upcoming patch? Let us know in the comments.
