The big summer patch for Battlefield 4 is now available to players of the game on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. In addition to that, the Night Operations DLC for the game is also available today, though it is only available for Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC players- PS3 and PS4 owners in Europe will have to wait till September 8 to play it.
Night Operations bring with it a new night time map, called Zavod: Graveyard Shift, which is a night time version of Zavod 311. The map supports Conquest, Rush, Obliteration, as well as infantry focused game modes, including Team Death Match, Domination and Gun Master.
The summer patch itself brings with it new gadgets to the game, as well as further fixes to the overall Battlefield 4 experience – you will remember that when the game initially launched back in October 2013, it was a major mess – by fixing and stabilizing game balance and netcode.
