Fallout 4

Now that Bethesda has actually shed some light on the fact that there is going to be DLC and a season pass for Fallout 4, gamers are wanting to get as much information about that DLC has humanly possible. Unfortunately for those gamers, Pete Hines and the rest of Bethesda are not exactly giving us a cornucopia of info just yet. Specifically Hines was recently asked how the DLC and season pass was going to work.

While Hines did give an answer on Twitter, he also made it clear that this is untrod ground Bethesda is walking on because they have only done this kind of thing with one other game, in the form of The Evil Within. When it came to PS4 Mods, Hines reiterated that since the studio was actively discussing the existence of those Mods, that was indeed as much confirmation as one would need in order to understand those Mods do exist.

While some people want to know all there is to know about new content coming after launch, other people are more interested in the specifications they will see for Fallout 4. Some people are hoping to get system requirements as soon as possible and while Hines is aiming for that as well, he recently said that they can’t make “that go faster.” Hines also talked about an implied Bethesda’s history on PlayStation platform. Skyrim was a technical mess on the PS3 but when asked by a user about any issues on the PS4 version, Hines assured by saying that he’s been playing the game on that console for a while now and seen no real dropoff. It appears that Bethesda is moving right along in the development cycle but they aren’t going to speed it up for the sake of speeding it up. Fallout 4 is due out on the PS4, Xbox One and PC on November 10, 2015.
