Destiny Festival of the Lost

The very elusive Sleeper Simulant for Destiny: The Taken King briefly reappeared over the weekend as the First Firewall mission became available in the Cosmodrome. This particular weapon has been one of quite a bit of speculation and planning over the last few weeks and the fact that it has only been available during rare periods of time is making the gun that much more impressive.

Clearly the massive amount of new content being brought into the game is one of the reasons its managed to get quite a bit of popularity. One of the biggest pieces of new content that shows the developers are looking to celebrate different holidays and keep the game rolling all year long is the Festival of the Lost. This new event was rolled out just before Halloween and is still going strong even though Halloween has long been over.

Bungie just announced when this new content will actually be pulled back and you’ve only got a couple of days left. On the official Twitter account, the company said the event is going to end on November 10. For those who haven’t played it yet, there are different masks and weapons you can earn that you normally can’t in the regular game. That means you’ve got just a few days to get into Destiny: The Taken King and check out all the different things you can get in Festival of the lost.
