Quantum Break

The next major Xbox One exclusive will be Remedy’s Quantum Break and it has a fair amount of expectation hyped on to it. After all, the game was first announced in 2013 along with the Xbox One and has been in development even longer. That being said, head of Xbox games marketing Aaron Greenberg told IGN that it will be a magical experience for players.

“Right now the title I’m most excited about is Quantum Break. It is 100 percent the type of game I love to play…Quantum is shaping up to be an incredible game, a great story, a lot of innovation with what they’re doing with that title, not just on the narrative but also gameplay. It’s different and it’s great to have a fun third-person shooter.

“I think the whole time-freezing and evolving on what they originally created with bullet time and how they’re evolving that, and the live-action all changes and impacts the outcome of the game. I think it will suck people deep in and they will love it. It’ll be something that will be magical for them too. That’s the title I’m most looking forward to, just sitting down and spending hours and hours playing,”

Quantum Break releases on April 5th for Xbox One.
