Final Fantasy 15

As we get closer to the event that will tell us when Final Fantasy 15 is going to be available, we’re finding out more about that event as well as about the game itself. The event, which seems to be an awful lot like what we might see at something like the PlayStation Experience, is sold out. Tickets to the event were being offered free through the Square Enix website and now those tickets have all been snapped up.

The good news, for those who wanted to go to the event but couldn’t get a ticket, is that Square Enix will be live streaming the event as well. The event, known as Uncovered: Final Fantasy 15 is going to be about two hours long so we’re going to learn more about the game. When it comes to more details of the game itself, Dualshockers reports Final Fantasy 15 will have a special gallery that will allow players to see 3D models of enemies, characters, weapons and even food depending on a player’s status in the game.

Another gallery will be made by the character Prompto who will be taking pictures of the group’s travels as they move about the massive world in the game. Finally, while the last piece of news isn’t about the game itself, it does affect the community of people who play the game. The company is going to be getting rid of the forums and will be replacing that forum with an official blog. The forum will officially close on February 12. Now we’ll just have to wait for the official unveiling to find out when the release date for Final Fantasy 15 is coming out.
