Mass Effect Andromeda

As we move closer to seeing what we can see when it comes to Mass Effect: Andromeda, it should be pointed out that the company has seen a bit of upheaval since the project began. One piece of important upheaval in particular is that Chris Wynn one of Bioware’s top execs announced he was leaving the company a couple of weeks back. This announcement made some fans of the franchise nervous because they were afraid his departure would, at the very least delay the launch of the game.

During his announcement, Wynn made it clear that the game is still on track and development won’t be affected. One of the most interesting things about Wynn’s departure is that the announcement that he was leaving actually came weeks after the company posted a job listing for Senior Development Director on its official site. This is similar to the position that Wynn held at Bioware Of course, it seems entirely likely Wynn let the company know he was moving on well before he went public with the announcement.

At the same time, it’s possible that BioWare has actually found itself its replacement and simply hasn’t taken the time to announce just yet, or they are still looking for one. It seems as if the company has been on the hunt for quite a while now. While there hasn’t been an announcement of a replacement just yet, EA says the release of Mass Effect: Andromeda is right on track and as per their plans.
